STEP 6: Complete setup

==============================================
Follow the below instructions if you received any errors.
==============================================

If the information in your email settings is correct and you are receiving an “authentication error” Please contact [email protected] and request a new password.

==============================================

If you are running Windows 7, and you are not able to send mail or receiving an error that says something like: “Server does not support the encryption type”

To fix this please download the “TLS 1.2 Patch.bat” file from our website here:

https://memc.co.za/ClientFiles/TLS%201.2%20Patch.bat

This is a script that will tweak the settings in Windows that will allow the email encryption to work. Once downloaded, right click on the “TLS 1.2 Patch.bat” file, select “run as administrator” and follow the instructions.
If it says “Success” at the bottom of the window it will have worked.
Your computer will then RESTART and the problem should be resolved. If you are still experiencing problems, please let us know.
