Adore Nkoane was born in a town called Polokwane in the province of Limpopo but later relocated to Gauteng where I completed my schooling and commenced a career in the Financial sector. Married, with three daughters and a grand-daughter, I am passionate about creating a stable and balanced family life, spending time with my family, travelling, taking part in community activities and occasionally going to the gym. I started my career in banking in 1994 where gained experience as a sales consultant, selling home loans and funeral cover. As an individual sales representative I achieved my targets by focusing on sourcing quality leads from the system, profiling clients correctly and providing clients with solutions to their needs. As my career advanced, I was afforded the opportunity to become a branch manager, team leader for the mobile sales teams in the Gauteng Province and later a Private banker. These opportunities helped me gain and develop my leadership skills. My love for cooking and baking encouraged me to resign and become self-employed and run my own business. Self-employment has taught me how to be disciplined, dedicated, self-motivated and focused. My background in working with people and clients in the banking environment and later being self-employed and responsible for her employees has taught me the value of building relationships. During the recent pandemic, I found myself spending a lot of time in my home, which resulted in me making adjustments and renovations to my home as I realised how important it was to have a home that meets the needs of all the members of a family. My home is a space where I can relax, create memories with my family and feel secure. I would like to help other families find homes that meet all their needs and that they will love.
