Having worked in the real estate industry for close to 21 years, I have been involved in multiple channels of the industry.

I did my internship in 2005 after leaving the retail and service industry behind. A friend of mine introduced me to her neighbour who at the time worked for an International Property Group as a successful agent in the then upcoming Southern Shores of Hartbeespoort Dam. This was a time when high net worth areas were being developed and established such as Pecanwood Estate, The Islands Estate, Westlake Country & Safari Estate, The Coves Estate and many more. Each of the areas offered a unique lifestyle offering. I joined the company and from the office which was located at a small shopping centre adjacent to the local supermarket, I had a birds eye view of the comings and goings of people in and out of the area.

I made many friends and connections and built long term relationships in this time. Although I enjoyed sales and the many joys that come with it, I stepped back from the sales frontline and together with the business owners focused on the intricate mechanics of the business which included but were not limited to marketing management, aftersales transaction management, inhouse systems and compliance training for agents. Franchise collaboration on a national level also played a major role in my development in understanding the intricacies of this multifaceted industry.

During these year in the industry, I also explored working in the HOA environment for a local estate but found my way back into the real estate industry. I currently apply my knowledge and expertise by working as administrator for the Property.CoZa Bliss office while expanding my property portfolio to assist families and investors in finding their own version of Its good to feel at home
