In 1992 I decided to join the Property Industry as well and became a Property Professional. I thoroughly enjoyed the industry and loved helping people find their perfect dream home and being part of one of the most important investment decisions that they make. My property experience is not only in existing full title and sectional title residential properties, but also in new developments. I also managed my own real estate business for a while, focusing on marketing of developments. In 2010 I accepted an offer for the position of National Sales Manager at the Property.CoZa franchise group and have been in that position for almost 3 years and then become the General Manager. My main function is the opening of new Franchises, assisting the new Franchisee and Manager getting the Franchise going and achieving their goals according to the budget provided by the Franchisor. I am involved from the day the new Franchisee has signed, assisting with premises, shop fitting, the recruiting of personnel, recruiting of Agents, training of Manager, assist with building the business and getting if off the ground, and from their constantly visiting them and assist and helping the Manager with sales targets and agent targets. Assist the Agents and motivates them. I have completed my NQF5 in Real Estate and my RPL.
