I have had a successful career as a Property Consultant / Area Representative for three of the largest brand Estate Agencies in Cape Town. I am registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board and have a current Fidelity Fund Certificate, I also hold the current NQL Level 4 – Recognition of Prior Learning which was achieved in December 2008. Having now joined Property.CoZa as I feel that as a brand they are more in-touch with our neighborhood and they have extensive marketing, advertising and web experience which will help you reach today’s internet savvy buyers and sell your home at a higher price in a shorter time. Property.CoZa has a plethora of existing buyers on their database and 80% of those buyers, inquire on internet based advertisement. Property.CoZa also have a referral system within the Property.CoZa franchises, where we all work together as a team and share buyers (brand power). I primarily market and sell under Sole Mandate due to my level of commitment to each property that I apply myself to marketing and would be excited to be a partner in assisting with the sale of your home.
