With more than 25 years in property development, finance, and private equity, both in South Africa and abroad, Kevin brings a rare depth of expertise to the Property.CoZa group. As co-owner of Property.CoZa Success and Property.CoZa Select, alongside his wife Lisa, he plays a strategic role in the growth and financial oversight of the franchise, while also leading operations at Lightcastle Properties, their private equity property finance firm.

Kevins career has spanned executive roles across top financial institutions, including RMB Property Finance, FNB Corporate Finance, and BoE Corporate Finance. He served as Head of Property Finance for Barclays Bank UAE in Dubai and was previously Managing Director and shareholder of M Capital, a Cape Town-based mezzanine and project finance business. On the development side, his early career with Group 5 Properties and Sanlam Properties equipped him with a strong foundation in real-world project delivery.

Kevin serves as the Principal of Property.CoZa Success and Property.CoZa Select, where his financial management, policy input, and long-term planning continue to add strategic value. His ongoing engagement with the franchise keeps him closely connected to evolving market trends – a synergy that directly benefits both Property.CoZa and his investment ventures.
