With 38 years of experience in the banking sector, I’ve held a range of roles from junior clerk to management. As a Credit Official, I gained invaluable knowledge in assessing and managing credit facilities for mortgage bond applications. This culminated in my position as Head of Home Loans, where I oversaw the largest revenue-generating branch in the KZN region. In this role, I was deeply involved in every aspect of the home loan process, from application and document collection to working closely with bond and transfer attorneys, ensuring timely registration at the deeds office.

My passion for real estate grew during this time, particularly through hands-on experience with buying distressed properties, renovating them, and selling them for a profit. This adventure provided me with a wealth of learning and practical experience that further deepened my interest in the property market.

After leaving the bank, where I also held the position of Head of Cash, I transitioned into the property industry with a clear focus on becoming a top property consultant. I am dedicated to using my extensive experience in finance, credit management, and property transactions to help clients navigate the real estate market with confidence and ease.
