Pam Bailie grew up in Stellenbosch and obtained a degree in Drama and Psychology. She loves both Shakespeare and comedy, having started her acting career on stage and moving to TV. Growing up, her family moved between Cape Town and Stellenbosch on numerous occasions and says that this is where her fascination with property began. From going to view houses with her parents and helping choose the one exactly right for their needs, to making their new home come alive with friends, family and celebrations, each property journey has been a memorable one. Having worked in international advertising and local in-house property agencies as a copywriter, Pam decided that it was time to put into practice the marketing collateral and training that she had created, and completed her NQF4 so that she too could do what she loves most and thats connecting with people and property. When she has the time, Pam enjoys doing English voice overs for Indian Bollywood movies. She says that its like having a great therapy session with lots of talking, laughing, screaming, and crying all packed into one episode. Pam believes that now, more than ever, it is important to guide and assist both sellers and buyers along every step of the way with empathy, honesty, and integrity. After all, she says, people dont always remember what you said, but they never forget how you made them feel. As a homeowner in the Southern Suburbs for over 20 years, Pam is a knowledgeable area specialist and looks forward to assisting you with your property requirements.
