Mariaan van der Merwe

Mariaan embarked on her career in a law office, where she gained a comprehensive legal background by handling diverse scenarios, including property matters, SARS issues, and various other cases involving high, medium, and low profiles. She then transitioned to a petroleum company, where she worked extensively with filling stations, franchisees, the retail industry, the legal environment, and the commercial property and supply chain sectors as a contract/commercial specialist and commercial lead.

Building on her expertise, Mariaan expanded her property career to encompass residential properties and farms. Her passion for property and dedication to working closely with clients drive her daily journey to achieve excellence.

Mariaan is pursuing an LLB degree, with limited subjects remaining, and has completed her NQF 5 qualification. The PDE5 exam was undertaken.
