Mariette Blaauw

My career in property began in 2003 when I joined a law firm in Polokwane that specialized in property transfers and related matters. Over the course of five years as a conveyancing secretary, I managed approximately 450 property transfers, bond registrations, and bond cancellations. This experience provided me with a solid understanding of the transfer process and its potential implications.
In 2008, I accepted a position with a property developer in Polokwane, where I played an active role in the planning, marketing, and sale of stands, building packages, and townhouses. During my 10-year tenure, I was closely involved in the project management of sectional title developments, as well as the administration of the Body Corporate and Home Owners Association for a security estate.

In 2017, I completed my NQF Level 4 Real Estate qualification while working at a real estate agency in Polokwane, before relocating to Centurion. I joined the prestigious Property.CoZa team in July 2018 and successfully passed my NQF 4 Professional Designation Examination in November of the same year.
In 2024, I completed my NQF Level 5 Real Estate studies and proudly achieved my Professional Designated Exam (PDE5) in 2025.

Today, I am honoured to serve as the Principal of Property.CoZa Homefront in Centurion, where I lead a dynamic team of professional property practitioners. My focus is on fostering growth, integrity, and service excellence within the team while ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of guidance and support in all their property decisions.
