Minnie Goncalves

Coming from a Corporate Financial world, Minnie decided to follow her passions being Construction and Real Estate. With successful property developments in the construction world, Minnie decided in 2007 to concentrate on Real Estate and to develop herself within the trade. She was often told that it was not a good time during the recession to be in the Real Estate industry but she proved them all wrong.

With her high financial background motivational and people skills; and being well-organized and diligent with a focus on quality and client satisfaction she built herself a successful track record within the industry in a short time.

In 2015 she did her Estate Agency Affairs Boards Professional Designation Examination and became a qualified PPRE NQF4 in Real Estate holding a valid FFC since then. Minnie joined Property.CoZa in 2018.

Her areas of expertise include Waterkloof Ridge, Elarduspark, Erasmuskloof & Surrounding areas. These areas are family-orientated but also cater for diplomats with numerous Private Schools, Primary and High Schools as well as being close to all major shopping malls, and easy access to all highways.
