After 19 years in the Corporate Financial world, Minnie decided to follow one of her passions: Construction and Real Estate. In 1999 she had her first successful property development and ever since she has been in the construction and development of property parallel hand in hand with Real Estate. In 2007 she decided to only concentrate on Real Estate and to develop herself within the trade by joining a leading brand and started her extensive training in the property industry. She was often told that it was not a good time during the recession to be in the Real Estate industry but she proved them all wrong. With her high financial background motivational and people skills; and being well-organized and diligent with a focus on quality and client satisfaction she built herself a Successful Professional Track Record within the industry in a short time. She did her Estate Agency Affairs Boards Professional Designation Examination in 2015 and became a qualified PPRE NQF4 in Real Estate holding a valid FFC since then.
