My Real Estate career started in 2012 in Cape Town.

I was a Sales Agent for the Atlantic Seaboard for Soukop Property Group. We had two branches, one in Sea Point and the other in Camps Bay.

My passion for people and property matched my personality and soon the property bug had bitten.

I moved on to doing rentals and loved the quick pace and fast moving pace of rental properties. It taught me a lot about people and what is said is definitely not always what is meant. Matching tenants to properties was exciting and sorting out issues allowed my people skills to come through. Running rentals for both branches.

I have had a wide variety of real estate experience and did distressed property owners as well. Helping owners who had property issues and bank foreclosure not far off in the distant future. This afforded me a new found understanding of what it means to work in this sector of the market and new found problem solving skills.

The real estate investor and developer market has allowed me a lot of growth and learning and this has encompassed a different sector of the market. It afforded me knowledge of yet a different aspect of property and growth.

Being involved in property is my passion.
