Rachel Ngwenya

My name is Rachel Ngwenya I am a candidate property practitioner working under Property.CoZa and we are based in Woodbridge Square, Glen Marais, Kempton Park. I have been in the property industry for one year and four months. I have completed my logbook and NQF 4 and I enjoyed the journey of doing my logbook and NQF4 as it has given me the opotunuty to learn more about the real estate industry. The property industry is challenging but rewarding at the same time, you deal with different kind of clients and this teaches you new things everyday and it also taught me to treat my clients equally and with respect no matter who they are. I have managed to sell a number of properties since I joined the industry and it has improved my skills as I gained new skills and experience through each client.
