Ronald Groenewald

After retiring from the Corporate Environment in 2009 having worked
for companies such as Suncrush ( Coca Cola Franchise), Willard Chips,
Cerebos, Distillers, Tongaat Hulett and finally Cadbury my decision was
to move into the Real Estate Industry in 2010.

1. I started as an Intern Agent at Wakefields in 2010.
2. Acquired the necessary NQF 4 in 2011.
3. Accredited as a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate (PPRE) in 2012.
4. In 2015 I decided to moved to Seeff Properties.
5. Sadly In 2018 Seeff Franchise closed down and we were taken over by Jawitz Properties.
6. In 2018 I obtained an exemption to be appointed status of NQF5.
7. In 2019 I was offered a post to join Tyson Properties from a colleague of mine.
8. In early 2022 I was introduced to PropertyCo.Za and decided to join them.
