Stiaan Vercuiel

Stiaan Vercuiel is a real estate professional and Franchisee at Property.CoZa Floreer, based in Robertson, Western Cape. He specialises in residential sales, development opportunities, and investor-focused property transactions, primarily across the Langeberg region, as well as Somerset West and Stellenbosch.

His journey into the property industry began in 2007, when he enrolled to study Architecture at the Academy of Advanced Technology in Cape Town while living in Stellenbosch. In 2008, he lived in the United States, where he gained knowledge in landscaping. This foundation provided valuable insight into design, structure, and the psychology of space.

Stiaan Vercuiel officially entered the real estate industry in 2012, combining his technical background with strong people skills developed while running his own events company, where he worked with leading South African bands. This experience shaped his approach to client service, with a strong emphasis on communication, adaptability, and attention to detail.

With a deep understanding of both the property market and deal structuring, Stiaan works closely with buyers, sellers, and developers to unlock value and guide transactions from concept through to completion. His approach combines practical market insight with strategic thinking, ensuring that each opportunity is positioned and executed effectively.

Over the years, he has received multiple awards for sales performance, in the Western Cape and Nationally. In 2022 he joined Property.CoZa and, in 2024, was ranked among the Top 10 agents nationally within Property.CoZa, a milestone that reflects his consistent results and commitment to excellence.

In addition to his real estate work, he has a background in creative production, bringing a unique edge to property marketing, branding, and presentation. In his free time, he appreciate a braai, and also takes pleasure in creative cooking. He integrates storytelling and visual content in a way that connects with the right audience.
