Tanyas journey into real estate began with her own experience as a seller – a process that sparked a deep passion and a clear purpose. After facing delays, confusion, and a lack of communication during the sale of her own home, she realised how important it is for clients to feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way. That experience shaped her mission: to make property transactions smoother, more transparent, and ultimately more positive for everyone involved.

Since then, Tanya has built her career on empathy, clarity and an unwavering dedication to her clients. She is a focused, detail-driven Property Practitioner who consistently goes the extra mile and not just to get the transaction done, but to ensure that buyers and sellers feel cared for, heard and respected throughout the process.

Tanya co-leads the Simply Sold team alongside Shaun Gumbrill – a high-achieving team known for their collaborative approach and consistently excellent results. Together, they set the tone for professionalism, client service, and success within the team and the wider agency.
