My passion for property started by accident when my husband and I decided to sell our house and move to another area. I was fascinated by the whole process. Our title deed had been lost by the bank and we found out very quickly that we cant just go to the traffic department and get another one. It was a terrible few months of not knowing and not understanding and hearing certain conveyancing words for the first time. I decided I wanted to make a difference and make money at the same time. I wanted sellers to understand the process and not feel like I did. I wanted it to be a good experience for the seller and the buyer. I didnt want anyone to feel pressured. I wanted to support and show that I cared. I wanted the seller to feel happy about paying me on registration. I love what I do. Everyday is a new challenge and a new lesson to be learned.
