Thilo has 35 years work experience, finding herself in unexpected roles with unfamiliar product ranges, however being, both, analytical and inquiring she has made substantial contributions through great revenue growth. She has extensive experience at Director and Board Level in business operations, financials, budgets, marketing, Human Resources, Sales, Organizational Administration and much more.
