We are looking for someone:

Property.CoZa is seeking a highly motivated and goal driven qualified Real Estate Agency Manager to join our Witbank / Emalahleni team. The ideal incumbent will be passionate about property, but more so, passionate about people and will have the necessary Recruitment, Training & Development skills to lead a team of successful Property Professionals. Real Estate knowledge, qualifications and experience are not negotiable.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The complete management of Property Professionals, including but not limited to the following:
• Recruitment process;
• Training and development;
• Support and back-up;
• Enforcing individual targets and KPIs
• Checking and signing off new contracts OTPs
• Office and area branding
• Arrange and conduct weekly office meetings
• Enforce and Implement office rules
• General office & personnel management duties
• Submitting monthly financial and performance reports to Franchisees

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Qualifications in Real Estate NQF5, PDE5
• Excellent written and verbal language skills
• Accounting skills
• Computer literate with the ability and willingness to learn new software applications
• Attention to detail;
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• High degree of discretion and integrity dealing with confidential information
• Multi-tasking, time management and working under pressure
• Knowledge of management procedures
• Knowledge of business principles
• Great customer service
• Ability to work independently and as a member of the team
• Experience in maintaining a database system

Advantages:

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager for a Real Estate agency.
• MPRE status as a Principal Agent

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
Starting Date: 1 July 2022
