Hillsboro is situated on a hill with a beautiful view over the Northern outskirts of Bloemfontein. This attractive suburb consists mostly of residential houses. As you drive down the streets, you will see houses and streets lush with lovely trees and plenty of small green grass parks for walking the dogs and for the children to get some sunshine and fresh air. Hillsboro has very little commercial influence, which means that there are no shopping centers, schools or petrol stations. As there is no traffic except for residents, this suburb is quiet, safe and community orientated.
