Hyde Park is an exclusive, affluent suburb in Johannesburg’s prestigious northern suburbs. The area gets its name from the iconic Hyde Park in London. The houses are grand and stylish with manicured lawns, elevated walls and high-tech security measures. Some larger houses have since been subdivided into sectional title complexes and estates. The suburb lies between Beyers Naude Drive and Rivonia Drive and is conveniently bordering Illovo, Sandhurst, Craighall Park and Dunkeld.
