HOW DO I SEE MY NOTIFICATIONS on NAVIGATOR AND LMS V2.1

• Notifications are added to the Dashboard on Navigator as well as on LMS.
• Notifications are added to update agents and office personnel with information pertaining to systems, new documents, new marketing material etc.
• If a notification is added to the Dashboard, the item will be highlighted and/or an exclamation showing that the item has not yet been read by the user.

Notifications on Navigator:

These notifications on the top right of Navigator have not yet been read by the user.
Click on the notice to read the content.
Once you read the notice, the exclamation will not show the next time you login.

Notifications on LMS:

You can see your notifications on the right-hand side of the Main Dashboard.
Click on one of the notifications to open them.

If notices are not read, a pop up will also show when you open LMS to remind you of unread notifications:
