Apple iOS

To get MyCoZa on your Apple iPhone, please follow the steps below:

• • Click here to get the download link sent to you phone via SMS.
  • Once you have received the SMS, click on the link, and you will be redirected to the Apple App Store and presented with the following screen:

• Click on Redeem located at the top right as you can see in the image above
• The MyCoZa App will now download to your iPhone
• Once the app has been downloaded, you will be able to login to the app using your Navigator username & password.

Note: If you have just upgraded to a newer iPhone, and wish to install MyCoZa app again, you can also do so by:

1. Open the Apple App Store (Ensure that you are logged in with the same AppleID as your old device)
2. Click on your profile located at the top right
3. Tap on Purchased
4. Then either scroll to or search for MyCoZa and click on (Insert icon here – Apple Download Icon)
5. The MyCoZa app will then be downloaded to your iPhone without having to request a new link.

Android – Google Play

To get MyCoZa on your Android device, please follow the steps below:

1. Click here to get the download link sent to your phone via SMS
2. Once you have received the SMS, tap on the link and you will be redirected to Google Play Store and be presented with the following screen:

3. Tap on Install
4. Once the app has been downloaded, you will be able to login to the app using your Navigator username & password.

Android – Huawei

To get MyCoZa on your Huawei Android device, please follow the steps below:

Note: You will need to get this version of the app for any Huawei devices released after May 2019 due to these devices not having access to GMS (Google Mobile Services) due to the U.S. Entity List. Huawei devices released before May 2019 will still have access to GMS and be able to obtain the MyCoZa app from the Google Play Store

1. Click here to get the download link sent to your phone via SMS
2. Once you have received the SMS, tap on the link and you will be asked to download MyCoZa.apk.
3. Once the app has been downloaded, run the downloaded MyCoZa.apk file and the MyCoZa app will install to your device. You will then be able to login to the MyCoZa app using your Navigator username & password.
