The private main suite consists of 1 en suite bedroom, storeroom, guest loo, study & a large open plan living room that extends out to an enclosed patio area with built in braai.  The movables are not included except for the washing machine and tumble drier.  The bar fridges are negotiable.

There are 3 other private self catering suites with their own bathrooms, entrances and covered entertaining patios with braais.

Calm 1 is a separate and private cottage, self-contained with its own garden and braai area, and open plan design that creates a cozy living space with its own kitchen and bathroom with shower. 

Calm 2 also has its own private entertainment area with built in braai, open plan living area and kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Calm 3 is very much the same as Calm 2, with its own unique styles and décor.
