The farm is self-supportive, while the two dams, with their natural stream, provide ample water for irrigation and general farm usage.  The area around the dam has been groomed and maintained, and is perfect for picnics and fishing.  Municipal water is available for the house. There are sufficient water tanks for water storage.

There are three houses on the farm.  The original farmhouse is currently used as a storage facility and will require renovation to restore it to its old charm beauty.
