This one-bedroom rondavel-type unit is situated in a resort in Umtentweni, Port Shepstone, just a short distance from the beach and business hub. The resort is secured by a fence and an access control gate.  The resort offers a communal pool and braai area, and a borehole (provides water to the units on water-shedding days).  

The cottage is tiled and has one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living area, and an additional area that can be used for storage or as a study. From the covered veranda you have a lovely distant view of the ocean.

The cottage comes with an inverter and three solar panels, a water tank connected to the house, and a hydroponics system for plants.
