Like many holiday homes, this one has its fair share of quirks and will appeal to a close-knit family. 

2 bedrooms upstairs, together with what could be called a pyjama lounge, will encourage family bonding time. There is also a small loo tucked in under the eaves in one of the 2 bedrooms. Please note that both bedrooms are exactly the same size and that the pine cupboards in the bedrooms have now been painted white. A small balcony off the lounge, overlooking the large garden, brings the views in and opens up the space. There are nooks here to set up a play area for the kids as well as tucked away storage space.  

Downstairs is a kitchen come dining area which is superbly warmed up by a beautiful old wood burning copper stove which warms up the entire house. There is a built in dining bench which will remain in place. The main bathroom with a bath with telephone shower attachment. washbasin, loo and bidet is also downstairs with the washing machine plumbing in the main bathroom. Outside the house is a separate shower with loo. 

The large remote control garage gives you direct access to the house and if you have a boat, there is plenty of space next to the garage, behind remote access, to store the boat or caravan or 2nd vehicle. 

The spacious garden is not fenced so if you have a pet, you need to be aware of this. As the upstairs is carpeted, the owners would prefer that no pets go upstairs. The garden will be cleaned up before occupation as there is a fair amount of cutting back of shrubbery to be done.  

Please note that the unpainted pine areas in some of the pictures is in the process of being painted white. New lights have just been installed in the bedrooms and in the lounge and dining area.
