Generally about 1500 vehicles pass the farm per day in regular tourist season. Did all the math and easy to achieve an income of around 100k per month on the burgers and shakes

Also advertised as self catering accommodation one or two of the dwellings brought in fair money with overnight guests. We included breakfast and easily charged R900 per night per couple including firewood which we make from 100's of thorn trees on the property. R1200 per couple per night if we included 2 steaks and a salad, breakfast and fire wood for the guests
