Treasure Map is the Property.CoZa web based, platform which tracks the progress of transactions from a New Sale status all the way past Registration and to the closing of the transaction. The system shows the different milestones in a transaction, its expected dates as well as the cashflow forecast for the Agency and Agent.
Completed contracts and documentation are automatically and electronically sent to our preferred attorneys via a live electronic link. Updates from the preferred Attorneys are electronically received on Treasure Map, enabling fast and effective feedback and reporting.
The completed Offer to Purchase information is captured by the Office Administrator then the OTP and supporting documents are scanned and uploaded onto Treasure Map and thereafter electronically sent to the applicable preferred attorney appointed as transfer attorney – via a link with Ghost Convey.
