The lounge is cozy but spacious and flows out onto the lovely enclosed  adjustable louvre-deck patio, offering an entertainment area where family can spend valuable time together without feeling cramped

Another bonus is the canopy at the back door, the extra carport as well as the inverter with battery pack to overcome the Eskom load shedding schedules

There are two  security gates in the quart yard  that lead onto a well kept green garden.

There is also a laundromat to your disposal. They are a phone call away and will fetch and deliver your clothes from and to your home.
