This 4.1 Macadamia Farm is in the Izotsha farming area, 3km from the School, South Coast Mall, and Shelly Beach Hospital. Shelly Centre and the beach are approximately 5km from the farm. The KNF (Korean Natural Farming) approach is followed and hosts some 1200 mature macadamia trees, 30 mango trees, Litchi trees, and various other trees. There are also 7 beehives. The farm is self-supportive while the dam provides ample water for irrigation and general farm usage.  Municipal water is available for the house. There are sufficient water tanks for water storage.

The main house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge and dining room, and a kitchen.  Separate from the house is a laundry and various office/store rooms.  Also on the property is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage overlooking the farming area.  The main gate to the property is automated. The areas surrounding the homestead are protected with fencing, making for safe and secure living. Both the house and the flat have gas geysers and prepaid electricity.
