The KNF (Korean Natural Farming) approach is followed and hosts some 1200 mature macadamia trees, 30 mango trees, Litchi trees, and various other trees. There are also 7 beehives. The main house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge and dining room, and a kitchen.  Separate from the house is a laundry and various office/store rooms.  Also on the property is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage overlooking the farming area.  The main gate to the property is automated.
