Shalanie Appalsamy

Hi there I am Shalanie Appalsamy a proud member of the Property.CoZa family. Born and raised in the Northern Cape, Kimberley, I moved to Kwa-Zulu Natal in 2014. I have a BTech Degree in Human Resources Management through the University of Technology Free State and worked at the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature as a Human Resources Practitioner till 2014. In 2017 I started my career in Real Estate and am a full status Property Practitioner. I am also a dedicated wife and mum to 2 young boys. All in all, with my human resources and property training, I am a well-rounded family-oriented peoples person always aiming to find solutions to peoples needs.

I have a strong work ethic, am dedicated and passionate about Real Estate. I will guide you through your Real Estate experience as Buyer or Seller, building a relationship of trust and reliability.
