Western Cape Province lies between the Indian Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean on the very south-west tip of Africa. Farther afield to the north, winelands surround historical towns like Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl and the University of Stellenbosch attracts many students every year.
