HOW DO I SEE ALL THE BUTTONS ON MY SCREEN V1.1

Sometimes a user will not be able to see a button that they need to e.g. ‘filter’ or ‘submit’ on. If you are then referred to click on a button on the screen that you cannot see, you need to change your browser zoom settings (size). A “button” referred to can happen on different screens, for instance on LMS the ‘Filter’ button will not be visible if your settings are incorrect.

If your settings for your browser is correct you will see the following when in Website Leads as an example. Note the Filter button

If your settings aren’t correct, your screen will not show all the buttons as in the example below, there is no Filter button visible

In Mozilla Firefox:

• Click on 3 lines in top right hand corner
• Click on minimize Zoom (-) to set the screen to 80% which will show a full screen layout for LMS

In Chrome:

• Click on 3 dots in top right hand corner
• Click on minimize Zoom (-) to set the screen to 80% which will show a full screen layout for LMS
